Kyra Lautier is a freelance graphic designer, illustrator, and craftsperson who comes from a performing arts background. After graduating with a B.A. (Hons) degree in Performing Arts, her experience in marketing for local theatre projects inspired her to study Digital Design at MCAST.
This course exposed her to the Graphic Design, Interactive Media and Game Art industries where she grew proficient in using Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Xd, After Effects, InDesign, Animate, Portfolio and Lightroom.
Kyra spends her free time working on commissioned digital illustrations, designing seasonal cards and developing marketing content for local artistic projects. She also runs an Etsy shop, Kiki’s Catastrophes, where she sculpts handmade magnets using modelling clay. Her illustration, Sweeney Todd, was featured in the Malta Illustration Annual 2023.
